Privacy Policy
1. Insurers Hotline and the User each acknowledges they have confidentiality obligations pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended, and that Insurers Hotline has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the security and confidentiality of any information obtained while providing or using the Online Services.
2. Insurers Hotline will store information provided to it by the User for use in providing the Online Services to the User. Insurance Hotline will only store information knowingly provided by the User.
3. Subject to clause 4, Insurers Hotline will not disclose any information held by Insurers Hotline pertaining to the User to any third parties other than in the following situations:
a) Insurers Hotline is legally compelled or obliged to do so;
b) Where disclosure is required to provide the User with the Online Services it has requested;
c) Where disclosure is made at the User's request; or
d) Where disclosure is madw with the User's consent.
4. Insurers Hotline reserves the right to contact the User by email, mail, fax or phone concerning the function of the Online Service, about the Affiliate Program, the application and New Online Services.
